Sacred Fleur does not accept returns or offer refunds due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products.

Every item is made in small batches with love, intention, and care to ensure freshness and quality.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will happily replace the item.


We do not offer refunds for:

 

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Allergic reactions (ingredients are fully listed for transparency)
  • Items that have been opened or used
